Anne Patterson Pogue

Anne Patterson Pogue, affectionately known as Patti, passed away on August 16, 2025. She was a beloved figure in the lives of many and will be greatly missed.

Anne was retired from Bellsouth and lived an independent life. She loved watching Alabama football and Old Western movies. She was extremely generous, not only with her time, but with whatever resources she had. Whether it was to help someone with their schoolwork, offer rides to a location or help financially, she was always there. Anne was a great person and will be missed by many.

A memorial service to celebrate Anne's life will take place on August 28, 2025, at Holy Name of Jesus Church located at 6367 St Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118. The service will begin at 9:30 AM and conclude at 11:00 AM. Following the memorial, there will be an inurnment at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home & Cemeteries at 2:00 PM, at 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124.

Anne's spirit, kindness, and warmth touched everyone she met, and her legacy will continue to live on in their hearts.
