Anna McAuley Mitchell

Anna McAuley Mitchell, resident of Roseland, La. passed away on June 30, 2024. 

She was born on September 13th, 1935 to C.E. McAuley and Mary Goodbee McAuley.

Anna earned a masters degree in education from Belhaven college and taught school in Tangipahoa Parish for 33 years.

She leaves behind her son, Scott Sandage Sr, grandchildren Scott Sandage Jr., Hunter Irina Sandage, McAuley (Mackie) Sandage, great grandchildren Gryffin, Palmer, Olson, Brently, Jude Sandage. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Keith Mitchell.

A graveside service for family will be held. Care has been entrusted to Bagnell & Son Funeral Home.
