The love of her family stands as a lasting reflection of the care and strength she shared throughout her life
Ann Elizabeth Blanc, of Mandeville, Louisiana, passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 74. She was born on May 1, 1952, in Sidney, Australia, and lived a life marked by devotion to those she loved most.
Ann will be remembered with deep love by her husband, Tony Blanc, and by their children, Christopher Blanc (Cheryl) and their child; Nathan, Phillip Blanc (Jacq) and their children; Kai and Phoenix, and Antoinette Chimner (Adam) and their children; Jacob and Ivy. She is also survived by her sister, Colleen Rees (John), and her sister-in-law, Sue Savage. The love of her family stands as a lasting reflection of the care and strength she shared throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Savage; her mother, Isabella “Jean” Savage; her sister, Helen Kane; her brother, Bill Savage; and her brother-in-law, Bill Kane. Their memories remained an enduring part of her life and story.
Ann had a love for crafts, she was a gifted handicrafter of tapestries, she had a passion for knitting and crocheting, having made many sweaters and blankets.
Ann’s passing leaves a place in the hearts of all who knew her, and she will be remembered with affection, gratitude, and love. May her memory bring comfort to her family and friends in the days ahead.
