Alice Carolyn Williams

A private ceremony will be held to celebrate the life of long time Bogalusa native, Alice Carolyn Williams who passed away peacefully at her home on February 16th, 2023. Carolyn was born in Bogalusa to Nelson and Waver Easterling in 1951. She is proceeded in death by her parents Nelson and Waver Easterling, her brothers, Eddie, Larry, Richard, Michael, Laverne and her only sister, Joyce. 

Carolyn is survived by her only child, James Ashley Williams, her brother, Vernon Easterling , and several nieces and nephews. She loved music and spending time with her son and nieces. She shared many stories from her youth and adulthood with her son and nieces that will never be forgotten. She was passionate, funny, caring and loving. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, family ask for prayers.
