Albert F. Lazaro

Albert “Al” Frank Lazaro, 85, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026. Beloved and adoring husband of Victoria Lazaro and their combined 6 children, Vicki Gregore (Brion), Steve Lazaro, the late Marvin “Marty” Lazaro, Stafford Juneau III, Wanda Alleman, Cindy Gelpi (Michael), Sheila Celentano (Wayne). Son of the late Joseph and Rosalie Provenzano Lazaro. Beloved brother of Joseph Lazaro and the late Robert “Bobby” Lazaro and Rose Lynn Lazaro. Loving grandfather to his 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Mr. Lazaro retired after 53 years as an AC and Heating serviceman for his company Lazaro’s Heating and Air. He was devoted to his faith and served as a committed bible study teacher for over 20 years first with children at First Baptist Church of Kenner and later with adults at First Baptist Church of Covington. He enjoyed singing in the choir at First Baptist Church of Kenner and then later at First Baptist Church of Covington. He loved the Saints football team, the outdoors, skiing, carpentry, and restoring vintage cars. His stories, vibrant smile, and kindness will be greatly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at The Chapel at First Baptist Church of Covington, 16054 Murphy Road Covington, LA 70433, on Monday, August 17, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM, followed by a service at 11:00 AM.
