Wendelle Elsensohn

Wendelle P. Elsensohn, age 70 passed on July 27, 2018 at home accompanied by loved ones.  Wendi was born July 6, 1948 in New Orleans, La. to Bruce and Gloria Pope.  She was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friends to many.  She was an 18 year police veteran with multiple departments who loved to go on many cruises with her husband and friends.  She is survived by Lawrence Elsensohn Jr. (Husband), Daughter Laura Roberts Birkhoff, Son-in-Law Frankie Birkhoff, Son Troy Roberts, Daughter in law Melinda Robinson Roberts, Son William Roberts, Daughter Chelsea Dunlap Sutton, Larry Roberts (Ex-Husband) Grand Children: Joshua, James, Jason, Cohen, Nikolas, Savannah, Damiyan and Alayna. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Bagnell and Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Rd. Covington, LA. 70435. Visitation from 11:00 AM until service time
