Robert Dreux Jr.

PFC Robert Guy Dreux, Jr. (Bobby) fought his final battle with cancer, passing away on April 19, 2018. He was a member of the 3rd Marine Recon- Charlie Company during the Vietnam War serving two tours of duty for his country. Bobby began his career after the service as a pipe-fitter for the Local 60 in Metairie and ended his career with the Local 93 in  Waukegan, IL, where he lived for the past thirty years. He is survived by his wife Sue SanSalvador Dreux, two brothers Arnold Dreux ( Stephanie N. Dreux) and Ryan Dreux (Stephanie M. Dreux) as well as three sisters, Tina Jones, Deanne Beal (Ed) abd Roberta McCrea (Mike).  A short committal service will be held at The Southeast Veterans cemetery in Slidell, LA. May 2, 2018 and 11:00 a.m.
