Patricia Pusateri

Patricia K "Pat" Pusateri of Slidell, Louisiana, age 82 passed away on December 27th, 2019 at her home with her loving daughter Nicky Wilson, son-in-law Carl Wilson and son Sam Pusateri at her side. Along with them, she leaves behind her son Ken Locasha, her brothers Ed Kasch and Bill Greenwald, grandchildren Danny Locasha (Shannon) David Locasha (Heather) Andrew Locasha, Anthony Pusateri (Magen) Samantha Evans (Kyle) four great-grandchildren, her grand dogs and grand cat. She will be sorely missed as well by many other relatives and friends including her dear cousins and her special friend, Sheila Wood who was always there for her.
A native of LaSalle Peru, Illinois and former resident of Portage, Michigan. Mrs. Pusateri retired from Northshore Regional Medical Center to care for her husband, August Pusateri, who preceded her in death. She was a wonderful Homemaker who loved to cook, bake and take care of her family. She was also an avid New Orleans "Who Dat" Saints fan and enjoyed playing Bunco with her friends but her favorite pastime was being with her daughter Nicky, whom she adored and loved beyond words. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend services on Saturday January 4, 2020 at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Slidell with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. and a Holy Mass at 11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please make donations to the COPD Foundation(copdfoundation.org)
