Linda Friedman Mathas

Linda Skinner Friedman Mathas went to be in the Lord’s hands September 16, 2018, at the age of 70 years. Linda was a Redemptorist Ram to the end and an avid LSU Tiger and New Orleans Saints fan. Linda is survived by her husband of 36 years, Howell Gary Mathas, her Uncle Almond J. Smith, cousins Fran, Laura, Bubba, Lorraine, Michael, Scott, Stephen, Juliette and Keta, stepchildren; step-grandchildren and a step great-grandchild. Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Stanton Skinner, her father Edward R. Skinner, Sr., her brother, Edward R. Skinner, Jr. and numerous aunts and uncles. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018 with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children or your favorite charity in Linda’s Memory.
