Katherine Bagnell

Katherine Ann Bagnell passed away on January 7, 2018, at the age of 68. A Native of Houston, Texas, and a longtime resident of New Orleans, and Addis, LA. Daughter of the late Edward J. Sr. and Ida Fay Bagnell. Sister-in-law of the late Eve and Marilyn Bagnell. Survived by her three brothers, Edward J. Jr., Larry W., and John J. Bagnell (Lynn). Nieces and nephews; Candice A. Sanchez (Jonathan), and Lindsay M. Quebedeaux (Joby), Edward J. III, (Paulette) William J., (Karen), Lloyd M., (Shantel), Bryan C. (Tracy), Wayne W. (Janelle) Bagnell.  Also survived by her great nieces and nephews; Liam Quebedeaux, Nathan, Tyler, Caeleb, Jacob, Graham Bagnell and Avery and Quinn Sanchez. Kathy graduated from F.T. Nicholls High School in New Orleans then moved on to graduate from Delgado Community College as a radiologist tech.  Upon graduating, she began a long career with Ochsner Foundation Hospital in Jefferson, LA.  She later moved to Plaquemine LA, and retired from the River West Hospital. Kathy leaves behind many friends.  The family would like to thank them for all for all they did, and a special thanks to Linda Simoneaux for her love and support.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service on January 20, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road (Hwy 437), Covington, LA 70435.  Friends may come after 2:30 pm until service time.
