Heather Phillips Plourde

Heather Valerie Phillips Plourde passed away peacefully on June 17, 2018 in Covington, Louisiana. She was eighty-two years old. Heather was born to Cyril and Edna Phillips in Chingford, England, on March 20, 1936. She moved to Mandeville, Louisiana in 1995 to be close to her family. Heather was a mother, grandmother, friend, and passionate lover of all creatures.  Her lovely, kind, gentle spirit will be missed by all. She is preceded in death by her parents as well as a son, Simon. She leaves behind her son Joe and his wife Sharon, her daughter Jane, all of Mandeville, and her grandson JoJo of New Orleans. Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service Thursday June 21, 2018 with visitation at 1:00 p.m. until services at 2:00 p.m. at The Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435. Friends and family are invited to a gathering to be held at her sons’ home in Mandeville following services.
