Peter's High School (1951) he went on to serve in the United States Coast Guard (BW2) and USCG Auxiliary at the New Orleans Station on Lake Pontchartrain. A career businessman, he followed his passions which lead him to develop and operate three businesses: Taste-T-Treats Bakery of Mandeville; Ellen's Hallmark of Houma, Baton Rouge, & New Orleans; and Saddle-Up Ranch of Covington. In his retirement years, he proudly served as an active member of St. Jane de Chantal Catholic Church leading beautification and renovation projects for the church. He always made Christmas a magically occasion, decorating and assembling a one-of-a-kind miniature village that grew to an epic display. He was a kind, warm-hearted man devout in faith who will be truly missed by so many.
