Clara Furlong

In Loving Memory of Mrs. Clara Anne Furlong, 78, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at her place of residence in Mandeville, LA surrounded by loved ones. She was the widow of John B. Furlong Jr. The shared 44 years of marriage together.

Born in Charleston, SC, she was the daughter of Manning & Dorothy Groves. She will be remembered for her boastful personality, her love for arts and crafts and her creativity in creating floral arrangements.

She is survived by her children, Michele & Rodney Long, John & Danetta Furlong, Michael & Misty Furlong and Patrick & Tanya Furlong, her sister Diane White, fourteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces nephews and cousins.

Memorial services will be held in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA. on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00am Memorial flowers will be accepted or in lieu of flowers please donate to Project Sweet Peas Louisiana.
