Carolyn Sharp

Carolyn Jenkins Sharp passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the age of 69. She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Latroy Sharp. She is also survived by her three children, Jeffrey Sharp (Ashley), Kori Sharp, & Lori Sharp Hassell (Thomas). She will be dearly missed by her five grandchildren, Cadence, Elijah, Evelyn, Hunter, & Jaxton. Carolyn was a resident of Bush, LA for most of her life and immensely proud of her 37 years spent in nursing. She spent most of the last 20 years battling Multiple Sclerosis and passed away peacefully in hospice care following complications from several medical issues. She was well-known as a strong, independent woman who took care of everyone around her. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, LA. Burial will be held privately by the family at a later date.
