Alpha Howe

Alpha Jean Howe, 80, of Abita Springs,Louisiana passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at her residence.She was born December 22, 1938, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Alpha was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and aunt. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Lynn F. Howe of Abita Springs; daughters, Sharon (husband, Michael) Eddingfield of Abita Springs, and Charlotte Gudaitis of San Antonio, Tx; sister, Gayle Gelser of Zephyrhills, Fl.; brother Dayle Jayroe of Tampa, Fl.; 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 6 great, great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10 am to 11 am Monday, February 25, 2019, at Northlake Assembly of God, 958 N. Lee Rd. Covington; LA.  A memorial services to follow at 11 am with Rev. Jonathan E. Ziegler officiating. Following the memorial service, private interment will be held at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery for family only.
